Aquanature pH – is a water adjuster designed to lower pH levels, making freshwater aquariums more acidic for fish and plants when pH levels rise too high. pH is a measure of acidic or alkaline conditions in aquarium water. Neutral pH is 7.0; pH values above 7.0 are considered alkaline, while values below 7.0 are considered acidic.

Different fish require different pH levels to remain in a healthy environment. A correct and stable pH helps ensure a healthy aquarium ecosystem. The pH of an aquarium can fluctuate due to biological or chemical activity within the aquarium. With Aquanature pH –, the pH can be decreased to a desired level suitable for aquarium inhabitants. Adjusting pH to the proper level plays an important role in fish health and disease resistance.

Usage
Check the pH of the aquarium water using a pH test kit.

To lower pH, add 1 ml per 10 gallons of aquarium water. Take another pH reading before adding an additional dose of Aquanature pH –. Some fish may be sensitive to pH changes, so wait 24 hours and then gradually dose pH – as required.

Directions
Shake well before use.
Push 4 times (equal to 5 ml) per 50 US gallons (190 L) of aquarium water.

Depending on the initial alkalinity of the water, several doses may be required to reach the target pH. Wait approximately 10 minutes and re-check the pH level before adding more Aquanature pH –. If fish are present, limit pH changes to a maximum of 0.2 per day.

For best results, add the pH reducer to a high-flow area of the aquarium.
Always check the pH of the water before using pH –.
In case of overdose, observe livestock for distress and perform small water changes if needed.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
