Due to its KH-neutral behavior (only the GH is increased slightly, while the KH remains unchanged), AquaNature Mineral Salt can be safely used in soft-water aquariums, such as those housing discus. It also helps prevent the dreaded hole-in-the-head disease.

The cramped aquarium environment frequently lacks sufficient amounts of the necessary minerals. Fish absorb some of these essential compounds straight from the water, not through their food. Risky deficiency arises when an aquarium’s animal population-which includes plants, invertebrates, and microorganisms-consumes necessary resources, whether the original water was already low in minerals (especially in RO water) or when necessary substances are absent. With no harmful additions, the highly water soluble.

Directions
Measuring Spoon of 5g inside the pack.

Sprinkle 5 g AQUANATURE MINERAL SALT for every 100 l (26.4 US gal.) of water once weekly. The dosage can be increased accordingly in case of high mineral requirement. A single dose increases the GH by 1.3°dGH at the average. The KH remains unaltered.
