Coral Essentials, Calcium Reactor 2 is a unique blend of trace elements designed to be used exclusively on marine aquariums running a calcium reactor.  Use of a calcium reactor is becoming more common as it provides the primary elements of Calcium, Alkalinity and Magnesium in your aquarium by the breakdown of the coral skeletons that are usually used as media in the reactor chamber. This method also provides some of the trace element requirements for your aquarium.

With thorough analysis of many calcium reactor systems and testing on our Sustainable Reefs coral farm, we have determined the trace elements that are typically not replenished at the required levels.  We developed our Calcium Reactor 1 & 2 supplements to provide these additional trace elements in the ratio required.

Calcium Reactor 2 is a blend of Iron, Zinc, Copper. Manganese, Chromium Cobalt, Nickel, Strontium, Potassium, Magnesium and Lithium.

Calcium Reactor 1 and Calcium Reactor 2 are to be dosed in equal parts in conjunction with each other for best results.
