Product Information
Aquanature Ammo Block instantly neutralizes ammonia, chlorine, and chloramines, protecting fish and other aquatic life. It is safe for use in planted aquariums. Ammonia is produced by decomposing plants, algae, fish waste, and uneaten food.
High ammonia levels often occur in new aquariums or in established aquariums when new livestock is added, when filtration stops due to power or mechanical failure, or when beneficial bacterial colonies are lost because of medication use or sudden changes in water conditions.
Aquanature Ammo Block does not alter pH or deplete oxygen levels. It is a complete water conditioner that neutralizes toxic ammonia as well as chlorine and chloramines commonly found in tap water. The product is extremely safe, even when overdosed.
